The Oakland County Road Commission has scheduled the Administrative information meeting for  Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., at the Clarkston Community Education Center-Media Room, 6558 Waldon Road in Clarkston.  Homeowners should have received a letter with an explanation of the project and the meeting invitation.  The cost estimate was larger than expected, with a base cost of $15,656.  The road committee has tentatively decided that it will be best to wait until next spring to circulate the petitions.  While the cost to repair the roads is high, the roads will continue to deteriorate and the costs will continue to escalate if action is not taken.
