PRESERVATION OF OUR NEW ROADS - We appreciate everyone’s commitment to our roads, neighborhood, and each other!
PLEASE BE AWARE OF ADDITIONAL WASTE HAULERS COMING TO THE AREA - WE ALREADY HAVE 9 TRUCKS PER WEEK COMING THROUGH THE ROADS - WE ARE TRYING TO GET THIS NUMBER LOWER. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT OF THE NEW ROADS.
We currently have over 90% of the CHFHOA using Community Disposal. We are asking for your help
to share information with your neighbors to make the switch to Community Disposal. Some key
points in switching to Community Disposal to help preserve our investments in the new roads:
1. Less noise & air pollution, less heavy trucks on the roads causing damage.
2. Safer with less trucks driving through.
3. Garbage is out only ONCE per week.
