The Annual Meeting of homeowners will be held at Sashabaw Plains Park, located on Maybee Rd just east of Sashabaw. The drive is between the Eagles and next to Oakland Baptist Church.
Please join us for this annual meeting of residents, which starts promptly at 6pm on June 10.
The meeting will take place in the COVERED Pavilion. Picnic tables are available with plenty of seating. Playground and restrooms on site. ICE CREAM, COOKIES AND WATER WILL BE COMPLIMENTARY.
There are openings on the Board of Directors. We meet, mostly on zoom for everyone’s convenience. Please consider volunteering at the annual meeting.
Annual Assessments: Our annual assessment covers our neighborhood expenses of the common areas, such as lawn care & landscaping, snowplowing, liability insurance, electricity for the entrance lighting and irrigation, repairs, web site, and mailing expenses, for the fiscal year, which runs from July 1st through June 30th of each year. The annual assessment for the 2026/2027 fiscal year is $230 –
The CHF Board have worked hard to maintain the same assessment since 2017/2018 annual meeting. All our costs have significantly increased since that time.
Payment is due on July 31, 2026. (Zelle Payments NOW offered info will be on mailed invoice). Interest and liens will be applied after this date.
