All three amendments are currently passing by a slim margin, but any ballots not returned will have to be counted as NO votes.  The majority of homeowners have voted FOR all three amendments, however a 2/3 majority is required to change the covenants, so every vote counts.  The road committee along with the board is making an effort to make sure that all homeowners have their voice heard and their vote counted.
